Singer and songwriter, Melanie Lynn (aka Mel), released her first CD Beyond The Tears on December 2, 2000. Regarding the 43:15 minute CD consisting of twelve songs, Melanie writes: “I convey the emotional joys and sorrows from the trials and tribulations of my life’s journey through my lyrics and harmonious music.” She summarizes four of her original songs thus:

“A song I wrote and dedicated to my Mom. It is about the strong bonds between mother and daughter.”
